Publishing is the act of pushing content out to global audience, or allowing digital access rights to certain content to a particular person or group of persons. Later that content may be superseded by another form of content and thus retired or removed from use. Content Adaptation is the action of transforming content to adapt to device capabilities globally customized according to user needs. Content adaptation is usually related to customized devices that require special handling because of their limited computational power, small screen size and constrained keyboard functionality. Content adaptation is divided to two fields namely media content adaptation that adapts media files and browsing content adaptation that adapts website to customized products.
